Morning Yoga with Mandakini - LIVE via Zoom

Would you like to start the day feeling Alive, with Energy & Vitality to kick off the day? 

Feeling Strong & Stable from the inside, eager to achieve your daily goals, in a more relaxed, yet effective way?

Do you love the idea of getting your exercise done first thing in the morning? 
Just roll out of bed onto the yoga mat, with no need to drive to the yoga studio or gym?

With our Yoga via Zoom Classes, we all stay in our own home and connect via Zoom (A free online program similar to Skype).


You'll need a device with functional camera, speakers and an internet connection.

We get to see each other via the camera. You'll follow the class by seeing me on the screen and hearing the instructions through the speakers on your device. 
I see you via your camera, ensuring you are performing the exercises correctly.

 

Our Japanese Yoga Morning Classes are dynamic and will awaken your own life force and set you up with a positive mental attitude.

 

We focus on strengthening and stabilising our Lower Back, Increasing Core Strength, Expanding our Lungs, Loosening our Neck & Shoulders and more.


You'll finish the class feeling stronger, energised and ready for a great day!

Care is taken to accommodate each participant's abilities.

 

With Japanese Yoga, exercises are aimed to be in tune with nature and it's changing seasons as well as the time of day.
 

Classes now offered via Zoom (live online platform),

from the comfort of your own home.

The group is friendly (about 8-10). Most of our students had no prior experience in yoga before starting our classes.​

" I attended Mandakini's yoga classes this month - via Zoom as I am based in the Southern Highlands NSW (1.5 hours south of Sydney).

It was fantastic! Was great being part of the group and loved doing the morning yoga.

 

Mandakini accommodates all levels and guides you to adjust your pose to the level you are capable.

I am recovering from a frozen shoulder, so I worked with the variations she gave us.
