About The Program


The Holistic Weight Loss Program is designed to help you shed unwanted weight and fat, whilst improving muscle tone and body shape, by targeting the actual causes of excess weight.


During the program participants experience higher and steadier levels of energy, reduction in food/ sweet cravings, tendency to normalise their eating patterns, general desire to look after themselves, general strength, clarity of mind and a genuine sense of vitality and well-being.

By following the clear and simple guidelines, and enjoying group support, you can transform your body in the shortest possible time in the most balanced, well rounded, healthiest possible way.
There are no fad diets or unhealthy, unsustainable practices.
You get the highest level of support, direct experience of the healing or harming qualities of various foods and the best chance of long term success in a process that has proven itself for over 30 years.  

 

The 1st week is a Deep Immersion where for 7 days (from the comfort of your own home) we meet daily, we cook together, eat breakfast together, practise specific weight loss and body sculpting exercises together and gain a deeper understanding of your body and its needs. 

The following 3 weeks are an integration, where with ongoing exercises, weekly classes, lectures, cooking workshops and support, you will get to bring your newfound (or re-found) strength and habits into your daily life.

All sessions will be delivered LIVE via Zoom, including the Cooking Workshops, Exercise Classes, Lectures and Q&A. All times are Queensland, Australia Time Zone.  
 

All sessions will be recorded and uploaded once completed, so if you miss a session or want to go over something again it's right there at your fingertips.


Participants in other time Zones, are welcome to join the program, either live or utilising the recordings.
