  • When and Where?
    May 3rd-9th, 2020 - non residential Sunday 3rd 7:30 -10:30 am Mon- Fri, 4th- 8th, 5:30-7am Saturday 9th, 12-2pm The program is held in Tarragindi, Brisbane south side, at JUMA yoga centre. The space and garden are very beautiful and conducive to healing. If whether permints, we may do some warm up exercises in the garden.
  • How does it work?
    The process lasts for 7 days. You are able to work and look after your family during the cleanse. We first meet on the Sunday morning to learn about the cleasning process, it's benefits explaining in details which food and drinks we'll be eliminating for the week and which we'll be introducing. On weekdays we meet in the mornings for specific yoga exercises that will increase internal organ strength and support the cleanse process. We then have a simple breakfast together. After morning program, you get a take home lunchbox, which is filled with delicious plant based wholefoods that will nourish your body. During the cleanse, we eliminate foods and habits that do not support us and replace them with better habits. We follow easy to follow guidelines. We do Japanese Yoga daily. You are invited to enjoy complimentary Zumba classes during this week, to enhance your cardiovascular function and assist the elimination of toxins. By Saturday most participants feel amazing. We will guide you on how to intergate the "New and Improved You" back into daily life and how to mainatin the results you've achieved. You are fully supported every step the way, by the program and by your fellow participants, who are going through the same process as you. You will not be hungry! We are not limiting the amount only the types of foods and how to eat them. Normally we have 8-12 participants, which makes for a small and supportive group environment, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive individual attention.
  • Who is the program for?
    Our Rapid Wellness & Vitality Cleanse, is for anyone who is interested to improve their health and well-being, experience more energy and clarity and lose a few kg. For people who are open and willing to follow clearly defined guidelines to achieve their desired results. Most of our participants are women over 40 and their occasional family members, who are genuinely interested in better wellness and wish to lay strong foundations for graceful aging. Over the years, our youngest participant was 16 and the oldest 72
  • Who is the facilitator?
    Our Rapid Wellness & Vitality Cleanse, signature program is led by Mandakini Foux (57). Mandakini is passionate about health, nutrition and confident aging. She loves guiding and empowering people to take control of their wellness. She is Wellness and Nutrition consultant with a BSc, a Diploma in Ryoho Yoga (Japanese), Zen Shiatsu and Oriental functional therapy and a Zumba Instructor. Mandakini has nearly 3 decades of teaching experience, assisting and guiding people from all walks of life, in their wellness journey (In Australia and Overseas) utilising Nutrition, Exercise and Supplementation. She specialises in Therapeutic Yoga ( Lower Back & Weight Loss), Women’s Health yoga), Hormonal and Immune Health, Confident Aging and is an international speaker.   • What is Japanese Yoga?
    Japanese yoga promotes Life Force and offer profound health benefits.
