Japanese Yoga is therapeutic in nature, based on the oriental approach to health and can assist with:

Our classes are delivered live via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
You'll need a device with functional camera, speakers and a good internet connection.
We get to see each other via the camera. You'll follow the class by seeing me on the screen and hearing the instructions through the speakers on your device.
I see you via your camera, ensuring you are performing the exercises correctly.
We focus on strengthening and stabilising our Lower Back, Increasing Core Strength, Loosening our Neck & Shoulders and Toning Our Belly more.
You'll finish the class feeling energised, relaxed, calm and ready for a good night's sleep.
Care is taken to accommodate each participant's abilities.
The group is friendly (about 10-12). Several of our students had no prior experience in yoga before starting our classes.
